Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment is defined as unwanted sexual advances, or visual, verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature. This definition includes many forms of offensive behavior and includes gender-based harassment of a person of the same sex as the harasser. Any driver in our service company who is found guilty of any kind of any kind of harassment will be immediately terminated.

Alcohol and Drug Zero Tolerance Policy

Attended work having just consumed alcohol or while under the influence of drugs that have not been prescribed for the user; or prescription medication that is being used improperly is not tolerated and employee will be immediately terminated. Be in possession of alcohol or drugs, consume alcohol or drugs, attempt to sell or give drugs or alcohol to any other employee or client will result in immediate termination.

Tobacco Use

Any tobacco use during car service will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination. Service cars cannot be smoked in from both client or driver to preserve unwanted smells for future clients comfort.
